Oat and Chia Seed Porridge with Lime and Rose Water
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2/3 cup milk of your choice (I use almond)
1 tsp. raw honey
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
1/4 tsp. lime juice
¼ tsp. rose water
Toppings – toasted almonds (optional)
1. Add all of the ingredients except the almonds to a glass jar with a lid and mix well to combine. Leave in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.
In the morning, top with toasted almonds. Indulge.
